Delete Your Account

Account deletion is done from inside the app, and requires you to be signed in. This is intentional: deleting an account is irreversible, so the app verifies it’s really you — the same sign-in you already use — before it proceeds. There is no separate website-based deletion mechanism; the steps below are the actual, working path.

1. Open the app and make sure you’re signed in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Legal & Privacy, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account removes or irreversibly anonymizes your ordinary account and gameplay data — your profile, game history, scores, and related in-app records. Some data may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Purchase or subscription records tied to your account, where they exist, are handled under our subscription provider’s and the app stores’ own requirements and are not necessarily deleted at the same time as your account.

If you can’t use the in-app flow — for example, you no longer have the app installed, or you’re unable to sign in — contact us at general@2fcorp.com from the email address associated with your account, and describe your request. We still need to verify it’s you before any deletion happens; we don’t delete an account from an unverified request.
